Healthy families are the foundation of flourishing communities. We develop individuals through practical life skills, Christian relationships, mentoring, and leadership formation.
Safe Communities
Healthy communities are built through trust, responsibility, and collaboration. We encourage churches, businesses, and civic organizations to work together to strengthen neighborhoods.
Economic Opportunity
Meaningful work creates dignity and stability. We develop workforce partnerships, entrepreneurship, financial capability, and economic mobility for all.
Building Strong Families
Our flagship program focuses on developing servant leaders through relationship-centered small groups. Participants learn practical life skills, grow in character, and build authentic support networks, and in doing so, strengthen their families and communities across Minnesota.
Leadership Is the Engine
Heal the Divide exists to gather and develop servant leaders across Minnesota. Leadership is not simply another program - it is the catalyst that powers every initiative. Leaders participating will build character, wisdom, humility, and influence through authentic relationships, shared learning, and collaborative service.
